01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DoKus Puzzle ("the App"). These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the App, including Meowdoku, Sudoku and Minesweeper.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

02 Using the App

DoKus Puzzle is intended for entertainment and personal use. You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Interfere with the App's operation or security.

03 Intellectual Property

The App's original software, branding, visual design and content belong to the developer or are used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

Third-party names, software and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

04 Game Data and Scores

Depending on the features you use, the App may store game progress, settings or high scores on your device.

Local data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data, reset your device or change devices. We do not guarantee that scores or progress can always be recovered.

If online scores or other connected features are offered, additional rules may apply to those features.

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features of the App when reasonably necessary. We aim to keep the App working but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Device compatibility, operating system updates and third-party services may affect how the App works.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App, including loss of locally stored game progress.

Continued use of the App after changes take effect is subject to applicable law and any consent that may be required.
